In current Cauldron, cairo-dock is 2.4.0, but plugins are
still at beta2, so they refuse to load. A new build is needed.

Quite sad, they are both in same stable version (2.4.0~1) in SVN, seems somebody forgot to submit the plugins or didn't look if they failed building after submission. Will update to 2.4.0~2 for both.

Also added a versioned Suggests on cairo-dock-plugins, should at least prevent installing an older version of the plugins.
