This problem has been since Mageia 7 or 6

I did a fresh install using Mageia-9-beta2-x86_64.iso in spanish, all folders are already translated except Desktop, in the past it was even worst since none of the folders where translated but after some updates and reboots I got a message to translate them.

I have a script to customize my installs, after I run my script and reboot still nothins is translated but if I login as icewm I would get the translate folders program... Some package on my customization script is triggering it but only with icewm.

Please check bugs and release notes from prior releases.
