spec file patch to enable vulkan, fribidi, openssl support in warzone2100

Vulkan back-end is not working/enabled in warzone2100.
Attached is a patch for the current spec file(warzone2100-4.3.5-1) that should remedy that. The patch also adds support for openssl, fribidi and libzip, these are not necessary but I think they are welcomed imho. 
Tested it on my systems and works just fine.

New version(4.3.5-2) woks fine for me. Closing ...
