This is just a request - if possible - to update opus to 1.4, as it is an bugfix release.

Our current v1.3.1 is nearly 4y old, so warrants an update!
Unsure about whether this can be done immediately, but passing it on in hope. No single packager in view for opus, so assigning globally.
