A new version has appeared I tried to build it inside mock for cauldron and it seems to build well Unfortunately I have not cauldron installed on my computer and can't test if it works I will send my spec file
Created attachment 13770 [details] specfile for guayadeque 4.7 here is the spec file NB Wally is the maintainer
PS When mageia9 beta2 appears, I shall be able to try it on a persistent USB key
Summary: a new version 4.7 exists => Guayadeque a new version 4.7 exists
(In reply to Philippe Didier from comment #1) > Created attachment 13770 [details] > specfile for guayadeque 4.7 > > here is the spec file > You should provide a .spec diff instead of a whole .spec so it'll be easier to see the changes.
Created attachment 13773 [details] diff for the spec file of guayadeque As you asked for it here it is : diff for the spec file of guayadeque
This looks complicated, there are patches in our current version. I was going to assign this to Jani anyway, but seeing you are already involved...
Assignee: bugsquad => jani.valimaaSource RPM: guayadeque => guayadeque-0.4.6-7.git20220113.2.mga9.src.rpm
NB the patches in the current version are the same as the ones I used to build the 4.7 version with mock for Cauldron
Created attachment 13775 [details] 0001-Fix-compilation-error-with-gcc13-in-taginfo.patch needed to build inside the BS David Geiger has submitted guyadeque 4.7 to the BS He needed to add this patch for having guayadeque built in the BS But this was not needed to build guayadeque 4.7 inside mock for Cauldron Surprising !!!
mock seems to not be enough to test a build before submitting a srpm to the BS !?
Is there a bug report to create for mock itself
guayadeque 0.4.7 now moved to Core/Release so closing of this bug!
