Foolishness, my enduring Dell Inspiron 5100, P4, Radeon RV200 graphics, ath3 Atheros wifi, mga8-32 Xfce system, using the desktop kernel.

No installation issues. Everything seems to work after the reboot, though it is slow due to the limitations of the hardware.

An update for this issue has been pushed to the Mageia Updates repository.
