Shutter is already in Cauldron. It just needs to be pushed to updates.

Shutter bases or suggests packages that are in GNOME3 versions only in Mga.
This means a little bit of backporting additional libs into Mga1 and with older versions.

So I guess this is not a priority. Shutter is in Cauldron and will be in Mageia 2.

I support the decision, Shutter in Cauldron requires Gnome3 and other software that is only in Cauldron.
