Description of problem: It seems there's no user-visible documentation exposing manatools to regular users, or to which potential users could be pointed to, also for the purpose of promoting manatools. Only thing I've found so far in our wiki seems to be https://wiki.mageia.org/en/Archive:_Mageia_6_Release_Notes#ManaTools listing the existing manatools. That list should probably be updated and put on a separate page.

This seems like a WONTFIX as manatools got obsoleted in Mageia 9. These tools will be no longer part of Mageia as the development stopped years ago upstream.
