Closing as WONTFIX.

Due to the really high workload to all of our packagers, please consider to file only meaningful package requests with a real sense and advantages.

"Xsnow is an application that animates snowfall, Santa and some scenery on your desktop. It is NOT a kind of screen saver: snow is falling, Santa rides his sleigh with reindeer while you are using your system."

Really?

We used to have xsnow in Mandrake/Mandriva/Mageia. Not sure when it disappeared.
The few other distros I checked have it.

Bah humbug, eh?

David Geiger imported it into cauldron even if you failed to file a proper package request.

Seems reasonable to ask for it, then; perhaps a bad time - but DavidG's pre-emptive strike solves the issue.

Re Yule, certainly. But you can eliminate the 'Christmas' aspect with -nosanta &
-norudolph . I installed it, and it has to make you laugh. It is very clever, with loads of command line options to control almost everything. I imagine you quickly tire of it, but until then - it is fun.
