In https://svnweb.mageia.org/packages/cauldron/initscripts/current/SPECS/initscripts.spec?r1=1610756&r2=1613368
the requires for resolvconf, ifmetric, and many other packages were dropped so
they are not installed by default.

At least resolvconf should be required.
