Description of problem: I just went to https://github.com/OpenMandrivaSoftware/spec-helper/releases/tag/v0.31.53 to see what the latest update does and saw that it's a minor fix related to pamd. I have built a package that installs in Cauldron. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 0.31.53

Mageia and OpenMandriva are two different distributions which use different philosophy and rules for rpm creation. Thats's why the version numbers between Mageias ans OpenMandrivas spec-helper differs. There is no "this-one-is-more-up-to-date" for this package
