Evolution 3.46.0 switched its interface to CSD, which generated a number of complaints because of the awkwardness introduced. As a result the ability to turn off CSD was added: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/evolution/-/issues/2039 This presumably is part of 3.46.1, which has been released and should be available in the new stable release. Note I discovered that the enhancement had been incorporated after filing: https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=31183 Although I have seen nothing reported upstream, the update might resolve that bug.
That other bug 31183 is doubtful (just a behavioural point), and under discussion with the author. Which is not to say that in Cauldron alias Mageia 9 we should not have the latest version of anything, especially when requested. Assigning this globally as Evolution has no evident packager.
