Description of problem:
No problem, just a little request for MGA 9

We have FLAC 1.3.4 in the MGA 9 repo. The current upstream version is 1.4.2. Is it possible to update?

https://xiph.org/flac/changelog.html indicates 1.4.0 includes API changes
so if it is included, it will need rebuilding and possibly updating of all
packages that use flac.
