As the title states, not posible to install "qttools6-qtdbus", there is not such package. It seems to be a simple case of missing a replacement in the "qttools6.spec" file:

 %package qtdbus
 Summary:        Qt%{qtmajor} Dbus Binary
 Group:          Development/KDE and Qt
-Requires:       qttools6-qtpaths
+Requires:       qtbase6-qtpaths

I had missed that wally had already fixed the Requires in SVN this morning.

qttools6-6.3.1-2.mga9 with that change and some more changes was pushed this evening and should already be on your mirror or land there soon.

Closing, feel free to reopen if needed.
