Description of problem: systemsettings crash at Input Devices option (button)
systemsettings: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib64/qt5/plugins/plasma/kcms/systemsettings/kcm_keyboard.so: undefined symbol: _ZN12QtConcurrent16ThreadEngineBase13startBlockingEv, version Qt_5

How reproducible:
systemsettings -> Input Devices

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login into plasma-mediacentre
2. run systemsettings(5)
3. choose Input Devices

After the update on 09/19/2022, the problem was fixed.
