Description of problem: While testing an update for rpm, I installed several games, including Bitfighter. When I ran Bitfighter and clicked on "Play Game" a popup appeared, telling me our version is outdated, and I couldn't make the game do anything from that point. Assuming we want to keep the game, we probably should update to whatever the latest version is. To be consistent with our policy regarding app-generated update notices, the popup should be disabled, if possible.

As it's an online game that only works when all players have the latest version, it should be updated, but the popup should not be disabled to ensure we know that an update is needed.

That was quick. No installation issues, popup disappeared. I didn't try going very far in the game, but it appeared to be working as far as I went. OKing and validating. Advisory in Comment 4.
