Trying to use Gnome 'cheese' I get a corrupted output from my webcam for resolutions above 640x480. It is caused by a bug in clutter-gst wrt to redering modes. Probaly it affects all apps using clutter-gst. Upstream bug: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/cheese/-/issues/51 Patch in bug report and also in a thread from Arch Linux or Ubuntu: https://github.com/archlinux/svntogit-packages/blob/packages/clutter-gst/trunk/0001-video-sink-Remove-RGBx-BGRx-support.patch https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/cheese/+bug/1967843
Thanks, Juan :-) Assigning to the Gnome maintainers.
