Description of problem:

The Xfce PulseAudio plugin is not opening the window with the volume and microphone controls when it is clicked in the Xfce panel.

How reproducible:

Plugin loads in upon Xfce login, clicking the plugin icon (speaker) does nothing.

Removed plugin and added back in, controls are now appearing.
