There's no 1.8.0 available yet, only 1.8.0-beta1.

And thank you Jani (yet again) for already having done it!
New version 1.8.0-beta1 is in Cauldron.

To report bugs upstream, I think this is the URL to use:

It is worth noting that for Mageia 8 we offer 'sayonara-1.6.0-0.beta7.1', so the provisional version number has a precedent.
