Description of problem:

new version 0.11.1 for libaacs available at 

- https://www.videolan.org/developers/libaacs.html
- https://download.videolan.org/pub/videolan/libaacs/0.11.1/libaacs-0.11.1.tar.bz2

A simple change from 0.10 to 0.11.1 in the spec file seems sufficient, no new dependencies introduced with this version.

From the changelog, https://code.videolan.org/videolan/libaacs/-/blob/master/ChangeLog it improves:

- AACS2 support
- speed to open discs
- error resilience

(for example, it permitted me to read DVD Seinfeld / season 8 disc 4, which did not work well with 0.10 version)
