A requested package cannot be installed:
plasma-workspace-wayland-5.25.3.1-1.mga9.x86_64 (due to unsatisfied kwin-wayland[>= 5.25.3.1])

This is caused by wrong major version numbering of plasma-workspace-wayland.
It should be 5.25.3-1.mga9 instead of 5.25.3.1-1.mga9.

kwin-wayland is on kwin-wayland-5.25.3-1.mga9.
