Just noting that IF packaged for mga8, it should go in tainted_backports, because from release notes of both 1.4 and 1.5: custom presets you have created may not be compatible with newer versions.

Mga8 have 1.3.3.

1.5.1 is landing on Cauldron.

PS: I'll prefer not pushing that on mga8, especially as 1.4.1 works very fine already.

Status: NEW => RESOLVED
Resolution: (none) => FIXED

Comment 4 Morgan Leijström 2022-08-25 15:31:55 CEST
We do not have 1.4.1 in mga8, right?

You mean 1.3.3 works good in mga8? (It do, at least for the small use I have)

IF backported to mga8 I see no reason to not go for 1.5.1?
Comment 5 Chris Denice 2022-08-25 15:34:10 CEST
ah yes, sorry, I meant 1.3.3 indeed! (indeed, one could backport 1.5.1 if required).
Comment 6 Stephen Germany 2022-08-27 14:43:40 CEST
Thank you, Chris!
