Description of problem:
After updating to Cauldron, the botan2 package (used by say task-plasma5) fails to install with the error message. 


"A requested package cannot be installed:

botan2-2.19.2-1.mga9.x86_64 (due to unsatisfied libboost_system.so.1.78.0()(64bit))."

Currently, cauldron has the newer version lib64boost_system1.79.0-1.79.0-2.mga9.x86_64 
available.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a cauldron system without botan2 
2. As root, "urpmi botan2"
