Description of problem:
If you try to download anything within KDE Plasma systemsettings (wallpapers, themes, icons,..) it fails with error message:
"invalid number of concurrent streams"

This problem was reported to the KDE bugtracker and it was found that the culprit is qt5base. A fix is available upstream.
