'urpmq -i' output lacks the pkg license information whereas 'rpm -qi' and 'dnf info' shows it.

Your comment is of course true, but clearly 'rpm -qi' shows a lot more than 'urpmq -i':

It is a moot point how much information urpmq/i should show. I shall assign this to the tools people, but it looks sensible to discuss this on the dev mailList, and either close or leave the bug open depending on the reaction. Can you do that?
