Description of problem: attempting to change settings in Gnome via "settings" in the exit menu, the application exits silently, or by invoking gnome-control-centre, the output from the terminal is

$ gnome-control-center 
gnome-control-center: error while loading shared libraries: libcom-err-samba4.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory.

And as discussed, it's fixed by installing the main samba package, so either
task-gnome-minimal needs to require samba, or the lib files in the samba
package need to be split off into a new package that is then required by
task-gnome-minimal.

Thank you Ben for the report, and Dave for the detective work. That G-C-C should be linked in some way to Samba is bizarre.

I'd say some new samba libs/modules/whatever were mistakenly added to samba pkg instead of 'main' lib pkg when 4.16.0 was pkg'ed.
