Description Frank Griffin 2022-04-20 16:57:48 CEST
In a scenario with multiple virtual desktops, logging out with open application windows on various desktops and then logging back in reopens all of the applications on desktop 1 regardless of where they were executing at logout.

I recall this being discussed on one of the MLs, but I couldn't find a bug report and it is still happening (and has been for quite a while), hence this bug report.

More specifically, I almost never logout and then login. This happens to me when I reboot and log back in to an ID that had open applications at restart/shutdown.

This is another Cauldron/Plasma problem related to session interruption/resumption. You might want to join bug 30303 and bug 30315.

CC'ing Pierre Fortin who is finding different problems in the same area.

Assigning to the KDE team.
