Description of problem:
When starting Apper, it complains about a missing kcm component : kcm_apper.so.
The backtrace also shows : 
apper(15259) MainUi::MainUi: Could not load kcm_apper.desktop!

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. launch apper
2. the interface starts, but complains about missing plugin.

Lucien, I can't seem to find which rpm package "apper" is in. Would you know?

Do an update of your urpmi DB. It is a very recent package, and the replacement of kpackagekit.
