x86_64, Plasma, I7, nvidia-current
OK: Installed cleanly, replacing version 5.12.
(if someone want both installed they can use flatpak or appimage.)
OK: Localisation Swedish (incl some funny machine translation...)

Will try to make something later, am swamped.

Quirk, running on Plasma:
menu "Help" first two items are HTMl documents, but they open in Okular which dont parse it. I think they should open in default web browser...
- Problem in my Plasma settings or in package?

Probably your Plasma settings. Check by right-clicking on it or any html file. The context menu should have "open with <whatever the preferred app is>" at the top. Mine says Firefox.

You are correct TJ, Thanks.

(How i had got that settign wrong on this system i have no idea...)
Also tried it on a laptop, was about to report it is OK :)

x86_64, Cinnamon, AMD Ryzen with integrated graphics.

Tried out the new Altium PCB import plugin - it works remarkably well. Attaching the imported PCB to the original KiCad schematic and updating the PCB from the schematic highlighted a (deliberate) pin swap that had only been done in Altium.

Editing a schematic, changing a component placement, and 3D viewing all worked OK.

Unfortunately Altium still can't import the new schematic file format, so I'll have to downgrade now.

MGA8-64 Plasma on Lenovo B50 in Duth
No installation issues.
Opens OK, could open editors and testsheets, all OK for me. But as I am not capable of doing something remotely usefull with it I'll leave the OK'ing to Martin or Morgan or whoever cn exercise this thing a little.

Thank you Martin,
good test of the plugin for that high profile commercial CAD too!

I think 6.0.1 is good to go to backports

Hi Martin,
From the above I'm guessing that you use PCB software. I wonder if you have looked at pcb-rnd which has very extensive file format import capability with unparalleled user support. There is an IRC client direct to the developers available in the GUI! Any bugs are generally fixed in under 24hrs :)
It is available in the Mageia repos. I use and maintain it.
Cheers,
Barry

Looking at other backports, i see they were kept at qa-bugs, and Thomas use to move them, so...
