Changing component to Security. The bug fix mentioned in this release had duplicate bugs reported, marked Security.

It's not a security update.  I decided not to push this update because it only fixes an issue that only affects Microsoft sites, due to something misconfigured by Microsoft which they should be fixing.  Also, it can be worked around by disabling OSCP stapling.
