Description of problem: attempting to run Falcon or akregator from  application menu result in silent exit

running either from terminal results in  

lib64/libQt5WebEngineCore.so.5: undefined symbol: hb_subset_input_set_retain_gids

currently every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1.update cauldron to latest (22/11/2021)
2.run either falkon or akregater

Should be fixed in qtwebengine5-5.15.6-2.mga9, just pushed to the build system.

attempted to install new rpm
