Description Ezequiel Partida 2021-11-19 06:48:58 CET
Description of problem:

Connecting using net_applet did not work, it doesn´t connect.

Using drakconnect displays the next error:

An unexpected erro has happened

output in file /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/wireless.d/10:50:72:1b:5a:84 failed: No such file or directory

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Mageia Cauldron 9, kernel: 5.15.2-desktop-2.mga9

I fixed it by just creating /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/wireless.d and using chmod a+xrw /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/wireless.d

I just wanted to report the missing folder.

Regards
ZekeMX

Confirming the issue, in a cauldron where the wlan card was soft-blocked until I read this report and reproduced the issue.

Assigning to the Mageia tools maintainers.
