just after we pushed the firmware update in MGAA-2021-0208, Amd released their "21.40" firmware release, which both updates existing firmwares and adds some missiong ones... So there is now: radeon-firmware-20211112-1.mga8.nonfree.noarch.rpm
Dell Dimension e520, Core2Quad, Radeon HD 8570 graphics (amdgpu driver), 64-bit Plasma system. No installation issues. After a reboot, ran Firefox, played a few minutes of a video, tried a few other things. No issues noted.

Mga8 Plasma, Radeon HD 8490 graphics. This particular system was updated to kernel 5.15.3 in the same operation. Looks good on this system. Giving this an OK, and validating.
