Description of problem:
Before when i go to login page for the spanish blog a option tos use Spanish language was present, now after the update that option is gone, the site is detected as english site and in the text boxes the english grammatical tools are used by default if you have both english and spanish grammatical tools

Now the worpress tools for spanish blog are showed in spanish so closing this bug
