Not sure, but for blog look like "hard coded", as you choose German or French
and the navbar is in German or French,

I will take a deeper look if this is blog related then.

i think this is more an issue in nav, because it is used this way:

in footer.php


<script src="//nav.mageia.org/js/"></script>

is added
