Zombie, you've filed 80 package requests so far, but we did apparently never teach you how to file them correctly. Please read the instructions in the link above and comply with them from now on, starting with updating this package request.

Yes. Now that I know that Mageia has a build service now, I may wind up applying for packager access just because I absolutely have too to get things done. 

For the longest time, I was under the impression Mageia lacked a build cluster and that packagers had to build RPMs on their local systems.  This is why I am now a Packager for Rosa and OpenSuse, but not Mageia. I couldn't support that. Yes I do. 

I am in the middle of a Migration from Rosa to OpenSuse.

For quality reasons we have procedure.

Unfortunately there seem to be a queue of apprentices looking for mentors, packagers are too busy packaging... a bad loop... i hope it will get better soon.

Start by registering on dev mailing list, post a message that you want to become a packager, presenting yourself, skills, interests (what you would like to work on)

Not sure what you mean by "I couldn't support that." That it would be too much to do? Understandable - unless you confine packaging to just those you proposed. This would help everybody.
