Pixelorama is an application to draw pixel art images, it should be fairly straightforward to test (run it, try to draw something, save it, make sure the saved artwork can be reloaded).

mga8, x64 Installed this as part of the godot update (bug 29388). Launched it from the command line and started a project; drew some crude figures and centred the design, tried out the selection tool and saved it. It looks ready for use.
