Testing procedure:

This update depends on the Godot 3.3.3 update (bug 29388) and can be tested alongside it (it uses the `godot-runner` package as dependency).

Pixelorama is an application to draw pixel art images, it should be fairly straightforward to test (run it, try to draw something, save it, make sure the saved artwork can be reloaded).
