My Touch pad work with Windows 10
It doesn't work with Mageai8 and Kubuntu. 

With this command nothin appear:

What you didn't mentioned, another user report having the exact same touchpad but working with mageia :

https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=213579 may have a patch for this,
or it may require a firmware update on that hardware.
