Thunderbird seems to be moving faster than Cauldron: Aug 14 2021 : update to 78.13.0 compared with the 91 releases noted above. Should this apply also to Mageia 8 (thunderbird-78.13.0-1.mga8.src.rpm), which has caused some grief from updates ? Assigning this to NicolasS who seems to be the principle committer for Thunderbird; CC'ing Florian the listed maintainer.

I don't know what you mean by faster or what grief you're referring to. 78.13 was the last security update, and now we need to start working on packaging the 91 branch so we're ready for the next update.

Oh two bugs for this version? OK for me as in Bug 29471 - Thunderbird 91.1.1
Using "thunderbird*" in qarepo fetches two sets of language packs, one for 91.1.1 and the other for the older 91.1.0, indicating the older packs have yet to be removed from testing. Fortunately, Mageia Update was able to sort it all out, and there were no installation issues. I was able to receive mail via POP and send, and also read newsgroups. I don't use the calendar. Looks OK here.
Tried this on another 64-bit machine, and it works OK there, too.
