Description of problem: BBC weather provider (bbcukmet) is broken in Weather Plasma widget. You can select it, but it never finds any locations because bbc has changed its API. It is a known bug in Plasma 5.20 that has been fixed in recent Plasma version. 

It was fixed in this commit : https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-workspace/-/commit/398762cf8763d56c5b6d6ce21ff29d30f3bb98d3

How reproducible: Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open configuration window of Plasma weather widget
2. Deselect every provider except the BBC weather.
3. Search for any location. Nothing found.
