Setting version to cauldron, because package requests will usually be done for cauldron first and then be available in the next stable release after that

Assigning this package request to all packagers collectively. On a voluntary basis, one of them might want to integrate it to the distribution and maintain it for bug and security fixes.

malo imported littler in 2012, but it looks like it's never been built.

Documentaion said that it can be installed with the instruction:
install.packages("littler")
for example within rstudio.
Thus, I think we don't have interest for packaging it.
