Please update miniupnpc to version 2.2.2 and provide the pkgconfig for miniupnpc. Even though the devel files are technically present the lack of pkgconfig files and provides creates issues.

Unsure of the implication of "provide the pkgconfig for miniupnpc".

You can use miniupnpc-2.2.2-4.mga9 in cauldron, Wally pushed it two days after you filed this report to provide the pkg-conf .pc file.

Reassigning to all packagers collectively, because this package has no registered maintainer.
