Yes. This bug is makes itself both on mi AMD laptop host and AMD desktop host. This bug prove after last 2 or 3 update virtualbox. Sound without running virtualbox container is ok.
Does it happen at light load, or only when CPU is much used? - does it help if you limit how many cores the guest may use?

After turning off the sound or changing the output to alsadriver in the virtualbox manager settings (in the Audio section), the artifacts are lost.
