After migration to Mageia 8, I launched phpmyadmin.
It failed (blank page in browser) with:
[proxy_fcgi:error] [pid 445994] [client 127.0.0.1:45884] AH01071: Got error 'PHP message: PHP Fatal error:  Unparenthesized `a ? b : c ? d : e` is not supported. Use either `(a ? b : c) ? d : e` or `a ? b : (c ? d : e)` in /home/html/phpmyadmin/libraries/DatabaseInterface.php on line 518'

I installed then
    ftp://ftp.free.fr/mirrors/mageia.org/distrib/8/x86_64/media/core/updates_testing/phpmyadmin-5.1.1-1.mga8.noarch.rpm
    ftp://ftp.free.fr/mirrors/mageia.org/distrib/8/x86_64/media/core/updates_testing/php-fpm-apache-8.0.8-1.1.mga8.x86_64.rpm

The page opens fine.
