As you will see, there are noticeable differences in the "Important Modified Preferences" section in the files produced from the "Troubleshooting Information" available to you.

Mageia 8, LXDE, firefox-78.9.0-1.mga8 For me, that URL works, and those it leads to: https://app.element.io/#/welcome https://app.element.io/#/login https://app.element.io/#/register However, we have other complaints about our Firefox not working in certain specific situations, where the upstream one does work. So I am assigning this bug accordingly.
