FreeCAD 0.18.6 which we have packaged will get no more updates nor bugfixes. (and Bug 27340 may not be entirely fixed) Users expect 0.19.1, released a month ago after an unusually long cycle. I can now test on mga8. Their Appimage works. https://wiki.freecadweb.org/Release_notes_0.19
