I see there is a source tarball at https://getnightingale.com/all-versions.php So you may try to compile yourself but i think it will be incompatible anyway. I tend to close this as invalid as it is a foreign package, that also is discontinued upstreams and is old on the software timescale. Even their forum last post is from 2016...

This is not a package we carry, nor will. If there is something broken in Mageia that cause the problem, please reopen.

nightingale seems to be discontinued, and the site "alternativeto" (https://alternativeto.net/software/nightingale/?platform=linux) shows at least 4 alternatives to nightingale carried by mageia, say vlc, amarok, clementine and strawberry, and possibly others
