Yeah, you are using 5.10.19.
This also occurs with kernel 5.10.16 right after installing Mageia 8?

During the shutting down system slowed down and sometimes blocked

lower quality than when I was on mageia 7

Everywhere?
Maybe it is using wrong graphics resolution, and the monitor stretches it.
