this BR looks like you're not running mageia's urpmi.
what does report 'rpm -qi urpmi'

Please answer that question, to avoid this bug being closed as old.

Also, please tell us which Desktop environment you used when this happened and whether it had oxygen-gtk theme when MageiaUpdate crashed.
