Description of problem:
when KDE panel is placed at the top of the screen, '-' increases the width of the panel and '+' decreases it

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Mageai8 beta2 iso, up to date with urpmi --auto-update

How reproducible: so far, always. Hard or VM install.


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click on edit panel
2.Move the panel to the top of the screen
3.Try to resize it : '-' increases the witdh, '+' decreases it

Thank you for this report, and again the helpful screenshot which enabled me to reproduce the fault:
Right-click panel, choose Edit panel; which shows among other things a 'panel height' box with - and + bounding the current figure.
With the panel at the default bottom edge, clicking these - or + adjusts the number correctly.
Same with the panel on the LH edge.

If you move the panel to the top edge, then clicking the - does indeed increase the number, + decreases it.
Same with the panel on the RH edge.

You can of course directly type the number.

It is now fixed with plasma-desktop-5.20.4-4.mga8, just tested on my mga8 system!
